How to Change Your Password & TTSD Password Change Policy for Staff
Best Practices for Creating & Managing Secure Passwords:
- Use a minimum of 12-16 characters- long passwords are more secure
- Use Pass Phrases: Create a passphrase using a few random words or a sentence that is easy to remember (e.g., "HorseBatteryStaple$56!")
- Password Managers:Use a password manager to store and manage your passwords securely. Password managers can generate passwords and remember them for you
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enable two-factor authentication on accounts that support it. This adds an additional layer of security by requiring a second form of verification.

PC, iPad or Chromebook Users:
- STEP 1: Click here to change your password.
- STEP 2: Restart your device.
Macbook Users:
Self Service+ Change TTSD Password
Change your password and sync from anywhere not only on TTSD wifi.
Step 1. Select the Self Service+ icon at the top of the screen. Select Change TTSD Password

Step 2. Login with your full Email and current password

Step 3. Tap Change Password icon > Create your new password - it needs to be at least 12 characters long


Step 4. Reboot your Macbook. The first login will be your OLD password. The second login with your full Email section will be your NEW password.


Step 5. Enter your OLD password again to sync

Did you forget your password or has your password has already expired?
- Call x4051. The fix will require that you meet with a technician at one of our schools.
