This article will go over how to Create and Start Lessons in Jamf Teacher

How to Create Lessons

Step 1. On the teacher iPad open the Jamf Teacher App

Step 2. Select Lesson Templates

Step 3. Select the + to make a new lesson template

Step 4. Name the template (required)

Step 5. Select the Apps, Website Links, and Genres you want allowed. Anything not selected will be blocked.

Note: SecureTestBrowser and Relay Smart Agent (internet filter) cannot be removed by Jamf Teacher

Step 6. Click Save

Start a Lesson

Step 1. Select the Class you want to start the lesson in

Step 2. Select all students, individual students, or a group to apply the lesson

Step 3. Select the time length the lesson will be applied (Default is 50 minutes) and the lesson template.

Step 4. Click Start

Note: Devices connected to the lesson will show a Green Checkmark and the lesson will start
