Self Service+ (formerly JAMF Connect)- Elevated Admin Privileges

Self Service+ now has a built in Admin Privilege option. This will replace Admin by Request

Step 1. Select the SelfService+ button at the top of the screen. Then select Request Admin Privileges

Step 2. Enter the reason for your request and select Continue

Done! You will see a 10 minute timer at the top of the screen for your admin session.
