Jamf Connect - Change TTSD Password

Jamf Connect has now integrated the Kerberos key for changing passwords and syncing accounts. Staff can change their password and sync from anywhere and are no longer tethered to TTSD wifi.

Step 1. Select the Jamf Connect icon at the top of the screen. Then select Change TTSD Password

Step 2. Login with your Username and password

Step 3. Follow the steps to enter your current password (OLD) and your NEW password.

Step 4. Reboot your Macbook and first login with your OLD password. Then login to the Email section with your NEW password.

Step 5. Continue and enter your OLD password again to confirm.
