Creating a Synergy Hall Pass in the StudentVUE App Open the StudentVUE app on your iPad. Tap "Hall Pass" Tap the location you want. Tap "Now" Use the slider to adjust the time needed. Enter a note. Tap "Send Request" You now see "Hall Pass Pending Approval." Tap to see if it's approved, but don't leave the status window open as it doesn't refresh automatically. After approval, when you tap this button it will show you an active pass and a countdown timer. DON'T click the trash can until you are done with the pass. The trash can is how you end your pass. If you navigate back to the StudentVUE homescreen, you will see the timer in the top right corner. When you are done with your pass you need to tap the trash can to end your pass. Otherwise, when your timer runs out of time it will count against you.
